SENIA Manila Annual Conference

[Conference] International AEN Conference Registration Now Open!

The International AEN Conference hosted by Dulwich College Beijing on November 3-4, 2016 is now open for registration.

Meet other AEN professionals working in the field of Higher Ability (HA), English as Additional Language (EAL), Learning Support (LS) and other inclusive strategies within mainstream education.

The Keynote Speaker for the conference is Barry Carpenter, PhD, CBE, OBE.

The conference will cover topics such as: How an AEN structure can be incorporated in schools, positive behavior techniques in classrooms, interpreting test scores, and development of core skills in children and perceptions of learning support.

Registration for SENIA 2014 Conference in Singapore now open!

Registration for SENIA 2014 conference in Singapore is now open!

SENIA 2014 Conference will be held at United World College East Campus in Singapore. The conference will have three strands covering valuable topics. The three strands of the SENIA 2014 Conference include:

  • Behaviour management
  • Mathematics
  • Executive functioning

The conference will start at 8:30am on Friday, 28 February and will run until Saturday, 1 March, ending around 4:30pm.  There will be pre-conference workshop on Thursday, February 27. The price of SENIA 2014 is US$100 for the pre-conference and US$270 for the conference.

We have three wonderful keynotes confirmed. Margaret Thorsborne is our keynote speaker on behaviour management and a leader in the field of restorative practices. Steve Chinn is our maths keynote and an expert on dyscalculia and maths learning difficulties. Last but not least is Bonnie Singer, our executive functioning keynote speaker and expert on language and literacy.
